Chocolate balls are an indispensable treat on the holiday dessert platter during the festive season, and here's the recipe for the easiest and most delicious chocolate balls. You can easily make a large batch because they can easily keep for a few days (if you can resist them). Chocolate balls are simple to make - even for the kids - making them a perfect activity for the whole family.




Recipe:


    1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Stir in the softened butter and knead the mixture until it is cohesive. Add liquid and knead again.
    3. Roll small balls and coat them in coconut flakes. You can roll them in your hands for better adherence of the coating.
    4. Cover the chocolate balls and refrigerate until serving.



    Ingredients:


    • 175 g fine rolled oats / 燕麦片 - BUY HERE -






    • 100 g powdered sugar / 粉糖
    • 4½ tbsp cocoa powder / 可可粉
    • 100 g softened butter / 黄油
    • 2 tbsp coffee / 咖啡

    • Approx. 1 dl coconut flakes / 椰子片
