Recipe
6 servings
1. Bring 1 liter water or milk to a boil.
2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the contents of one bag.
3. Season with salt, pepper and butter.
Serve with meatballs and lingonberry jam, with white fish, with a meat stew or with fried sausages and ketchup.
Pasta salad recipe:
400g uncooked pasta
200g fresh mozzarella cheese or feta cheese
200g salami/cooked chicken thigh or fried and sliced sausages
150g olives, sliced
1/2 red onion, diced
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
8g fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 bottle Felix Salad Dressing
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain water and rinse pasta with cold water. Allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes.
2. Add pasta to a large bowl and pour half of the salad dressing over it. Toss to combine.
3. Add remaining ingredients and dressing and toss everything to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer, before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

Over time, however, the demand for ready-preserved vegetables increased. In the late 1930s, the vinegar factory decided to use its sudden surplus of vinegar to start producing pickles. To begin the production of pickles, knowledge of industrial-scale preservation was required.
Around the same time, a man named Herbert Felix had recently arrived in Sweden from the former Czechoslovakia. He was proactive and ambitious, beginning to work for his father every free minute, even as a young teenager. The Felix family had been running a family business specializing in pickles since the mid-1800s.
As the eldest son, it was already decided that Herbert Felix would one day take over the family factory. Therefore, he thoroughly learned about how the preservation industry operated. However, life had other plans for Herbert Felix.
As tensions escalated in Europe in 1938, Herbert Felix fled to Sweden and settled in Gothenburg, where his Swedish wife Kerstin originated. Through a business contact, the Eslöv vinegar factory and Herbert Felix connected. He became responsible for establishing the pickle department, and already the following year, they began producing pickles together under the new brand Felix.
Herbert Felix had obtained cucumber seeds from Czechoslovakia, and the first cucumber seeds were planted in May 1939. At that time, Kerstin Felix worked at the Swedish embassy in Prague. She managed to obtain the family recipe book, which had been in the Felix family for generations, through a childhood friend of her husband. When she brought it back to Sweden and Eslöv, she preserved the family's long legacy of knowledge.
