Parolvini, established in 1917, traces its roots to the grandfather of the current owner, who began selling vineyard products from his home. The business thrived under his son, Callisto, whose store became a local wine landmark. In the 1970s, Callisto entrusted the company to his sons, Dario and Bruno, who expanded operations. Collaborating with renowned Veneto producers, they initially served local restaurants, gradually expanding across northern Italy and eventually throughout Europe.
