Swedish meatballs
Ingredients:
3 packages Fillé Mini Meatballs Cheese (900 grams)
1 medium yellow onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1500 grams crushed tomatoes,
2 bay leaves,
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp basil, finely minced
500 grams spaghetti
Spaghetti and Meatballs
8 portions - 1 hr+
1. Saute 1 cup chopped onion in a frying pan with oil, stirring often until soft and golden (5 min). Add 4 cloves minced garlic and stir 1-2 min until fragrant.
2. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and 2 bay leaves. Bring to a light boil (stir to make sure it's actually boiling and not just sending bubbles to the surface).
3. Add meatballs back into the pan with tomato sauce, partially cover with lid or cover with a splatter screen to reduce splatter and cook at a gentle simmer for 30 min, turning the meatballs occasionally. Meatballs will be tender and sauce will be thickened. Five minutes before sauce is done, stir in chopped fresh basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until aldente (or to desired doneness), drain and return to the empty pot.
Ingredients:
2 package Fillé Mini Meatballs Original (600 grams)
300 grams orange marmalade
60 ml orange juice
3 green onions, chopped, divided
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Orange Glazed Meatballs
4 portions - 25 minutes
1. Prepare meatballs according to package directions.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade, orange juice, half the green onions, and the jalapeno.
3. Place meatballs in a serving dish; pour glaze over the top and gently stir to coat. Garnish with remaining green onions. Serve as an appetizer or with a bed of white rice.

1 pizza kit with tomato sauce
Fresh basil
2 dl grated mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper
Sausage Pizza Rolls
4 portions - 30 minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
2. Cut the pizza dough into pieces, 1 piece per roll, about 2 cm x 15 cm strips. Spread the tomato sauce on the strips, place 2 basil leaves on each piece of dough. Sprinkle the cheese over the basil. Give a turn with the black pepper mill on the cheese.
