Meatballs:
You can also substitute with Fellí's Original Mini Meatballs, just fry in butter.
Best served with lingonberries, mashed potatoes and pickles.
Instructions
1. To start the meatballs, mix milk and breadcrumbs and let it swell for 10 minutes.
2. Add minced meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and sugar to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix thoroughly.
3. Moisten your hands with cold water and shape the mixture into meatballs.
4. Heat a frying pan and melt some butter or use unflavored oil. Fry a few meatballs at a time in cooking fat, shaking the pan occasionally to make the meatballs roll around and stay round.
5. Slice your Felix Whole Pickles in thin slices, and prepare your Felix Classic Mashed Potatoes according to instructions.
5. Serve the meatballs with a side of mashed potatoes, pickles, and lingonberry jam.
